UPDATE: Tornado confirmed in Warren County

Youngsville, PA -           Severe weather rolls through northwestern Pennsylvania Thursday evening, with a tornado touchdown in Warren County.

The National Weather Service has confirmed an EF-0 level tornado, the least powerful reported.

According to the National Weather Service, there were several public reports of a funnel and one report of a touchdown north of Youngsville at 7:54 pm.

Dispatchers at the Warren County 911 center say they saw they funnel from their building, but couldn't see whether it actually touched down.

A forecaster at the NWS office in State College says they were told most of the reports were in the Matthews Run Road area, which is actually Route 27 heading north out of Youngsville.

           No injuries have been reported.

The damage is believed to be limited to downed trees and wires.
