18 Beta Theta Pi fraternity defendants return to the courtroom as the preliminary hearing continues today in the Penn State Fraternity Hazing Case.
Those facing charges include Joseph Sala of Erie and Parker Yochim of Waterford.
In court, security camera video from inside the house the night of the incident was shown with one piece of video. That video showing 19 year old Timothy Piazza staggering and stumbling to close a door where he would be found unconscious three hours later.
He died of injuries on February Fourth.
Also today, State College Police Detective, David Scicchitano, testified that video from the basement of the house had been deleted.
The detective also saying he believed he knew who was responsible for the deletion and believed it could bring more charges for tampering with evidence.
