Upper Peach St crash injures six

Two children hurt in rollover

ERIE, Pa. -- A two-car accident leaves six people injured on Peach St in Summit Township.

A red Nissan Cavalier was traveling north on Peach St when it ran a red light and struck a silver Nissan Pathfinder, an SUV, that was heading east on Rotunda Drive, according Pennsylvania State Police.

The impact caused the SUV to roll over. An adult passenger and two children, ages 4 and 5, were injured. A male driver was not harmed.

The 20-year-old driver and two adult passengers in the red sedan were all hurt. The driver was cited for failure to obey traffic signal.

No serious injuries were reported.
