A Waterford man was arrested on attempted homicide charges Wednesday after an early morning incident.
Eric M. Boyajian, 31, of Waterford, was arraigned Wednesday morning in front of Judge Brian McGowan on charges of attempted homicide, aggravated assault, assault with a deadly weapon, recklessly endangering another person and several other charges.
According to a release, police said Boyajian fired multiple rounds at two women as they were driving away from Boyajian near South Park Row in the Borough of Waterford around 2:30 a.m.
Boyajian is in the Erie County Prison and was denied bail.
