Millcreek Police Chief Retires After Three Decades on Force

The Millcreek Police Chief is saying farewell after more than three decades of service with the Township. Chief Tom Carlotti retires today after nearly five years as Millcreek Police Chief. He has been part of the Millcreek police force for the past 32 years. The chief will now teach courses at Mercyhurst North East's Municipal Police Academy. As for leaving the force, Carlotti says co-workers and citizens of Millcreek will always be special to him. Current Deputy Chief Michael Tesore will be sworn in as the next Millcreek Police Chief on Tuesday morning at the Township Supervisors Meeting.
