Coroner Lyell Cook ruled Dean Haggerty's death was caused by a gun shot wound to the chest.

The Erie County Coroner has ruled the cause of death for a man fatally shot in a summit township mobile home park.
Coroner Lyell Cook ruled Dean Haggerty's death was caused by a gun shot wound to the chest.
Police say Haggerty got into an altercation with his live in girlfriend Monday evening.
The incident happening at their mobile home on Squirrel Drive.
Police say Haggerty and his girlfriend Kristina Allen were arguing and that Haggerty was brandishing a gun when it somehow went off.
The gun shot fatally wounded Haggerty.
State police declined to comment on camera, but released the following statement:
"Information will be reviewed with the district attorney's office to determine what charges if any are warranted."
Lyell Cook says it will take 1 to 2 weeks to determine the manner of death.
The girlfriend, Kristina Allen, is not in police custody, but she was questioned Monday evening.
