Area Man to Serve up to 60 Years in Home Invasion

Police say Pou robbed a home on East 24th street back in early July and pointed a gun at a 1-year-old's head during the robbery.

April 2, 2014-  An Erie man will spend up to sixty years behind bars for his involvement in a home invasion where he reportedly held a gun to a baby's head.
43-year-old Charles Pou was ordered to serve 30 to 60 years in prison.
Police say Pou robbed a home on East 24th street back in early July and pointed a gun at a 1-year-old's head during the robbery.
Pou was found guilty of burglary, robbery, criminal conspiracy, theft, possessing an instrument of crime, and receiving stolen property earlier this year.
