Conneaut Lake Receives $1 Million

The borough received a million dollars in funding to help boost local business and tourism.
July 29, 2014 - After an intense application process, Conneaut Lake has been awarded $1 million from the US Department of Commerce.

The money will be used to help make many necessary improvements to the borough's downtown business district: sidewalks, crosswalks, curbs, traffic lights and more will be improved with this money.

This funding will ultimately create about 78 jobs, be a boost to the local economy and help make Conneaut Lake even more of a tourist attraction.
