April 10, 2014 - The Erie Seawolves celebrate their home opener tonight at Jerry Uht Ballpark kicking off their 20th season at the park. The gates open early, at 4:00pm, for fans to listen to live music and party on the patio. There are a lot of new additions to the park this year including new suite areas and additions to the kids zone. Today Mayor Joe Sinnott presented a proclamation to the Seawolves to celebrate and mark their 20th year in Erie, recognizing all the good things that it brought to the city. The first pitch will be thrown at 6:35pm. President, Greg Coleman, says they have a lot of surprises in store for their milestone season and adds that they always look to provide the best in family entertainment to make the games enjoyable to more than just the baseball fans.
