Former NFL Star Working with Area Youth

Cliff Crosby, an Erie native and SuperBowl champion, is in Erie for the weekend, hosting a football and cheerleading clinic to keep area youth out of trouble, and put them in the right direction.
July 18, 2014 - Erie native and former NFL star Cliff Crosby is hosting a football and cheerleading clinic this weekend to promote positive behavior in our youth.

Nearly 160 kids from the Erie area are honing in on their football and cheerleading skills, but this clinic is about much more than that.

Kids are learning sportmanship, how to be come team players, the importance of team work, and learning to stay away from drugs.

Crosby says after seeing an increase in violence in Erie, he wanted to work with the young people to make sure this cycle doesn't continue.
