Fruit Crops Take A Beating

With warm weather finally here, local farmers are now able to see how their crops survived the winter
With warm weather finally here, local farmers are now able to see how their crops survived the winter and for some, its not looking good. At Burch Farms in North East, farmer Tim Burch tells us his entire peach crop is gone, and that that’s the case for all farmers in Erie County. Burch says his peach crop makes up about 15 to 20 percent of his gross revenue and that this is the worst damage he's seen to peach crops in decades.

The good news, Burch says the apple and peach crops aren't looking too bad.
