Gun Activist Announces Plans for Victory Rally

The rally comes on the heels of the Commonwealth Court ruling back in early January that a city ordinance over carrying guns in public parks is unlawful and unenforceable.
APRIL 2, 2014- An open carry gun activist is celebrating a court victory with an upcoming rally.
Justin Dillon, the Founder of Open Carry PA, announced plans for a celebration rally in Perry Square.
Dillon tells us participants will carry firearms.
The rally comes on the heels of the Commonwealth Court ruling back in early January that a city ordinance over carrying guns in public parks is unlawful and unenforceable.
The case stems from a rally in Perry Square back in April 2013 where participants openly carried firearms and were ticketed.
The victory rally is scheduled for April 12th at 2 p.m. in Perry Square.
