Pennsylvania's Same-Sex Marriage Ban Overturned by a Federal Judge

Rally celebrating this ruling will be held at 7 p.m. at Perry Square.
Pennsylvania has become the latest state to have its ban on same-sex marriage overturned by a federal judge.

The ruling coming down this afternoon, making the commonwealth the tenth state where a federal judge has struck down a marriage ban since the U.S Supreme Court issued their two marriage-related rulings last year.

There will be a rally at 7 p.m. at Perry Square to celebrate this ruling.
