School Stabbing Spree Injures 20

A student at Franklin Regional High School in Murrysville, Pa walks into school and begins slashing students in the hallway.

The attack happened early this morning around 7:00am, before classes had even started at Franklin Regional High School. The school is in Westmoreland County which is located just east of Pittsburgh, and is home to 12-hundred students.
Eyewitness reports say the lone suspect, a sophomore at Franklin High is now in custody. Witnesses at the scene say the teen entered the school and was running around stabbing people....there was crying and screaming in the hallways.
Students were evacuated from the school and loaded into buses. As for the injured, they were stabbed in the chest, back and abdomen.
Some of their injuries are characterized as life-threatening but officials report that everyone is expected to live.
The school district said that high school students and middle school students nearby were “secure,” and that elementary school had been canceled for the day. Parents were asked to report to an elementary school to pick up their children
