If you’re into making your own jewelry, or would like to try your hand at it, there are several classes coming up at the Stull Center on Presque Isle. You’ll have the opportunity to make bracelets out of beach glass and other materials. The class will start with a brief lesson on beach glass, then as group outing to one of the beaches to look for beach glass. The two hour class will continue at the Stull Center, where you’ll make the bracelets with help from an environmental educator. The class is for ages 12 and up because of having to drill a hole in the beach glass. You must register ahead of time and the cost is $20 because of materials included. The dates include November 23rd and December 14th from 1 – 3 p.m. You can call TREC at 833-7424 or visit www.trecpi.org.
