Crawford County Coroner Scott Schell says DNA testing confirmed that the headless and handless remains belong to Gerald VanDyke.
October 23, 2013 - The human remains found stuffed in a barrel in a wooded area of Rockdale Township have been positively identified as those of Gerald VanDyke, 55.

Crawford County Coroner Scott Schell says DNA testing confirmed that the headless and handless remains belong to the missing LeBoeuf Township man.

Richard Houy is charged with killing VanDyke.
