Don't ever talk about retirement with Chester Urbaniak. He won't listen.

Chester turns 96 years old on May 22nd, and plans on spending his birthday at work, cutting meat at Urbaniak Brothers, the store he started with his two other brothers.

5 days a week, Chester shows up for work, gets his sharpest knives and knife sharpeners and heads to his corner to trim and cut meat like it's an art.

Other workers in the store look up to him for inspiration. They say when they feel down they look at Chester who shows up every day ready to work.

Chester could be the oldest meat cutter in the state, maybe the nation.
