It’s Fat Tuesday, and one tradition includes consuming delicious paczkis. Polish Americans consume the sweet treats to celebrate the last day before the traditional Catholic Lent. A punchki is a polish doughnut filled with jam and covered in sugar or glaze. At Fuhrman's on upper Peach Street, costumers came in steadily all day to buy paczkis.
