The ribbon was cut this morning for the grand opening of Agility, where employees are taking the contact center to the the next level. The center offers many different types of services from interactive voice response, used to access information or complete transactions by voice or touch tone, to support aps for smart phones, like lifeline response.
The center is also provides the voice for 1-800 Visit Pa. But it's the personal "one on one" that makes agility marketing so special.
The company has 200 employees and plans on hiring another 50 by August and another 100 employees by the end of the year
