The summit township woman learning her fate in court this afternoon.
Allen was found guilty of third degree murder, aggravated assault, recklessly endangering and possessing instruments of crime.
The 29-year-old admitted to shooting and killing her fiancé, Dean Haggerty, in their mobile home.
But she claimed it was an accident.
Prosecutors say Allen's story unraveled when she was interviewed by police and her story changed multiple times.
According to prosecutors, Allen acted with malice and that made her conviction clear.
Allen faces up to 45 years behind bars.
She will be sentenced on June 11th.
