March 18, 2014 – A German native who's spent a good part of the last 26 years on the road made a stop in Erie today.

Randolph Westphal arrived in Erie on two wheels yesterday with his two companions.

He has been biking across the world raising awareness for cancer after he had 28 cancer surgeries.

His first cancer operation was in 1987, now he's trying to be an inspiration to others battling the disease.

He will be at the Quality Inn and Suites on Perry Highway Wednesday and will be available to talk to anyone who is interested in meeting him.
