March 26, 2014 - The downtown bar scene is changing as two establishments go up for sale.

The CellBlock shut down following a shooting there at the beginning of March, now the owner is looking to sell the business.

Meanwhile, The Crooked I will have its final show under its current owner on Sunday as it's now for sale.

But those aren't the only changes coming on State Street.

There are plans for the vacant lot between the Renaissance Building and The Crooked I.

John Buchna, Erie Downtown Partnership President and CEO, says there is interest from people to buy the other establishments.
