Charges Against Man in Deadly Kahkwa Shooting Bound Over

July 14, 2014- An Erie man who is charged with shooting and killing his childhood friend has his day in court.
All charges against Aladin Jojic were bound over to trial.
Jojic is charged with felony aggravated assault, manslaughter and recklessly endangering another person.
Prosecutors say Jojic shot and killed Abram Sorek in a friend's Kahkwa Boulevard home.
Today, Michael Wilco, the man who lives at the Kahkwa home testified.
He said he told Jojic the gun was loaded prior to asking Jojic to carry it into the house.
Jojic's police interview was played in court.
During that interview, Jojic said he was drunk that evening and was not aware the gun was loaded.
Somehow the gun fired and killed Sorek.
Jojic's next court date has not been set.
Families involved in this case declined on-camera interview.
