JANUARY 24, 2014-   A case against an Erie man accused of shooting two people inside of a bar on New Year's Day is dismissed.
A judge ruled this morning during a preliminary hearing for Adrian Coleman that the prosecution did not reach their burden of proof.
Prosecutors called only one witness to the stand.... A woman who said she didn't see who fired the gun inside of TJ’s.
Adrian Coleman was originally charged with aggravated assault among other charges in the New Year's Day shooting that happened at TJ’s on East 12th Street.
Two victims were injured, suffering gun shot wounds.
However, after today's ruling Coleman is now free....
Court officials say charges will be re-filed against Coleman.
