Charges Filed In Gun Incident

Erie Police make an arrest stemming from a disturbance where a man reportedly pulled a gun on the victims.

29 year old Jonathan Outlaw is charged with terroristic threats, simple assault, carrying a firearm without a license and drug charges.

Police were called to an incident in the 21 block of Parade Street for a disturbance.

The victims told police that Outlaw pulled a semi automatic pistol on them after allegedly assaulting them.

A search warrant was served on his apartment that turned up the gun that was in question.
