Buffalo wings were first served up back in 1964 by the owner of the Anchor Bar in Buffalo, New York.
The Anchor Bar then added the poultry pieces to it's menu several years later.
It has now become a haven for wing worshippers across the country.
The anchor is known to cook up more than seventy-thousand pounds of wings each month.
