The park has hosted the annual fall festival for many years each October.
However, organizers say they're vendors need reassurance that the park will still be open and available for the annual festival in order to commit to the event.
At it's meeting next week, Crawford County Board of Commissioners will be asked to delay the tax sale until November.
The county is planning to sell the historic amusement park because it owes many years of back taxes, interest and penalties totaling more than 800-thousand dollars.
