Coroner Rules on Tuesday Homicide

April 9, 2014-The Erie County Coroner has ruled the cause of death in a fatal shooting that happened inside of a Duplex Tuesday morning.

Coroner Lyell Cook confirms 38-year-old Stephon Bibbs died due to gun shot wounds to the trunk.
Cook would not reveal how many times Bibbs was shot.
Bibbs sustained the gun shot wounds following an alleged altercation inside of the East 27th duplex.
The other man allegedly involved in the incident was treated at UPMC Hamot for a gun shot wound and is being questioned by police.
Erie Police tell us they are still investigating the case.
We are told no charges have been filed.
