August 5, 2014- A man who stole hundreds of thousands of dollars from a catholic school in Erie is set to be sentenced today for the crime.

David Earls pleaded guilty to one count of felony access device fraud earlier this year, and agreed to pay back the nearly $170,000 in funds he took from St. Peter Cathedral School.
Investigators say earls embezzled the funds over the course of more than a decade.
Earls' wife, Anne, was also facing charges, but the district attorney's office dropped charges against her because david took full responsibility for his actions.

Earls' sentencing is scheduled for 9a.m. in front of Judge Brabender.
