Derrick Rowry to be Sentenced

March 11, 2014- An Erie man will find out how long he'll be behind bars for shooting a woman in the city last year.

Derrick Rowry pleaded guilty in January for shooting Tamara Logan outside of McKinley Elementary School last May.
Rowry shot Logan with a 22 caliber revolver during an argument outside of the school.

Rowry's sentencing is set for this morning; he faces a mandatory minimum sentence of 10 years, and a maximum sentence of 27 years in prison for the crime.
