Registration for the workshop is $125, which includes lunch and a copy of Bernhardt’s latest book, “Data Analysis for Continuous School Improvement, 3rd edition.” The event will be held in the Frank G. Pogue Student Center – Rooms 303A, B and C and Third Floor Lounge – on the Edinboro University main campus.
Dr. Bernhardt is the author of 16 widely recognized data analysis and school improvement books, which are available from Routledge Education, and is a professor (currently on leave) in the College of Communication and Education at California State University, Chico. She is Executive Director of the Education for the Future Initiative, whose mission is to build the capacity of learning organizations at all levels to gather, analyze and use data to continuously improve learning for all students. Dr. Bernhardt works with learning organizations all over the world to assist them with their continuous improvement and comprehensive data analysis work.
In addition to the “Unleashing the Power of Data” workshop, a reception, graduate student project presentations and panel discussion on the topic of “Expectations of Educational Leaders” will be held on Thursday, May 1, beginning at 5 p.m. in EU’s Butterfield Hall. Conference participants are welcome to attend.
