EPD Make Arrest Stemming from Early Morning Shooting

May 1, 2014 - Erie Police make an arrest stemming from a shots fired report outside a tavern on West 38th Street.

Jordan Druzak, 29, faces charges including terroristic threats, possessing instruments of crime and recklessly endangering another person.

Police responded to the shots fired around 2:15am this morning in the 2000 block of West 38th Street.

A caller reported that someone driving by fired shots at his car in the parking lot behind Rack ‘n’ Roll.

Police reportedly covered shell casings at the scene.

No one was injured.
