July 8, 2014 - The recently hired Erie County Office of Children and Youth chief is facing criminal charges. Kevin Lundeen is charged with forgery, theft and access device fraud in connection to the wrongful use of cars at his prior job. He formerly worked as the Director of Children and Youth Services in the Warren-Forest County.

Charges were announced late this afternoon by the Warren County District Attorney. Investigators in Warren allege Lundeen faked travel and duty logs, used Warren-Forest County Department of Human Services cars for his own time and forged signed employee gas card receipts.

The Warren County District Attorney said more than $68,000 was lost because of the alleged crimes.
