May 5, 2014 - The cooperative effort between Collegiate Academy and McKinley Elementary students is designed as a mentoring program.
The elementary students are refugees and immigrants from other countries who are paired up with a high school student.
Together, they write a book which helps to teach english and American culture.
Families of the students and faculty held a pot luck dinner and listened to the musical stylings of the Glenwood Hillbillies.
