A man accused of making meth in a home he shares with his mother in Fairview waives his right to a preliminary hearing. Elwood Graham, 31, is charged with methamphetamine production, manufacturing of a controlled substance and causing or risking a catastrophe.

Investigators say Graham fled the scene when police found meth making materials in his home on Michael Drive. What sparked Graham's arrest was the fire that broke out in that home in late May.

Graham is currently being held behind bars. His formal arraignment is scheduled for August.
