August 29, 2014 - Players on the Fairview Tigers football team proudly carried jersey number "87" to center field to remember a fallen player.

Jason Hunter passed away in June after being involved in a two car crash.

Tonight's ceremony was the latest way the team and school is dealing with the loss: a loss that athletic director Jerry Lightner says he still can't wrap his head around.

"Words can't express how I feel," Lightner started. "Wish he was here, but we're going to do our best without him. We're never going to forget him."
