January 30, 2014 - A family who lost their home and all of their possessions in a fire is asking for your help in helping them get back on their feet.

Earlier this week, a fire ripped through a house at 821 Raspberry St.

It took crews hours to control the flames and smoke, and the house has been considered a complete loss.

Mother, Jamie Scheloske, her three children, and dog are now without a place to call home.

The Red Cross has helped the family for the week by putting them up in a local hotel.

Scheloske says the family is devastated following the fire, but that she is thankful for the community's support.

If you’d like to help the Scheloske family following this tough time, you can donate to the Scheloske fund by making a donation to any Erie Federal Credit Union location. Please make all checks payable to Jamie Scheloske.
