It is a dream come true for those who love to fish, hunt and camp. It is exciting for those who love the outdoors.
This Field and Stream location is just the third store in the entire country.
Just in time for Father's Day weekend, the specialty store opens its doors planning several events to kick off the grand opening.
Field and Stream was not supposed to have its grand opening until 10 a.m. on Friday, but quick work by employees and enthusiasm from the community prompted a quicker than expected opening.
From fishing rods to coolers to camouflage clothes and even hunting trophies that make great displays -- the store is filled.
The community is invited to camp out Thursday night outside the store. It is part of the store opening events.
There will be a ribbon cutting for the store at 10 a.m. Friday morning.
Some big names will be on hand including Nate Hosie, Troy and Jacob Landry and R. Lee Ermey.
