Fire crews rushed to a structure fire in Corry this afternoon.
The Corry Fire Department was called to 232 West Frederick Street in Corry for a structure fire around 4 p.m.
When they arrived on scene, the outside rear of the structure was fully engulfed in flames.
The age and type of construction made the fire difficult to control as it spread through the back apartment inside the walls and into the attic where access was limited.
The fire was contained to the back apartment.
The front apartment suffered minor smoke damage.
No one was injured in the fire.
The cause of the blaze is under investigation.
The Corry Fire Department was assisted by the Spartansburg, Union City and Columbus fire departments.
