May 16, 2014 - With just days until the primary election, democratic candidate for Governor Rob McCord spent Friday in Erie persuading voters.

McCord met with supporters at Lou Bizzarro's Ringside Restaurant.

McCord says he's been nicknamed the “Corbett Slayer.”

He's hopeful his name will be on the ticket in the November election after defeating the three other democratic candidates Tuesday.

Allyson Schwartz, Katie McGinty and Tom Wolf are the other democrats who will appear on the May 20th primary ballot.
