Height Variance Approved
A new hotel may be coming to the Erie bayfront as the Erie County Convention Center Authority receives approval for a height variance on the hotel. Architects representing the Erie County Convention Center Authority sought a height variance for the proposed hotel building and on Tuesday their request to increase the maximum building height of 50 feet to 61 feet, was approved by the hearing board.
