A preliminary hearing for two brothers accused of pistol whipping a woman and shooting two men is put on hold once again.

The hearing for Gerald and Laron Johnson was continued today because witnesses did not show up.

Assistant District Attorney Nate Strasser says he plans to file a material witness bond against the four witnesses.

The material witness bond demands witnesses testify during court proceedings and if they do not, they will face penalties.

The preliminary hearing has been rescheduled for March 17th.
