Man Acquitted in Child Assault Case

A jury decides the fate of a northeast man accused of sexually assaulting a minor.

Donald Sweat was found not guilty on all counts.
The North East man initially faced a series of charges including aggravated assault, indecent assault, endangering the welfare of a child, rape, sexual assault and corruption of minors.
Prosecutors say Sweat abused a 14 year old girl.
Sweat still faces a court date for a separate case involving similar charges.
