Man Pleads Guilty in Crash That Injured Construction Worker

July 9, 2014-   An Erie man pleads guilty to causing a crash that injured a worker last August.
55-year-old Pavel Kukharchuk pleaded guilty to aggravated assault by vehicle while DUI, DUI and recklessly endangering another person.
Kukharchuk faces up to 17 years behind bars for an accident that injured a construction worker on Peach Street.
The immigrant also faces deportation.
His sentencing is scheduled for August 19th at 9 a.m.
