Man Waives Hearing in Arson Case

APRIL 22, 2014-   A Millcreek man waives his preliminary hearing in an arson case.
Daniel Naglowsky is accused of lighting a Peach Street house on fire.
Investigators say the incident happened in February, and Naglowsky told them he set the blaze in an effort to kill himself.
The 54-year-old is facing felony arson charges.
Naglowsky remains behind bars on 50 thousand dollars bond.
