Masi Waives Hearing on Drug Charges

April 15, 2014- An Erie man waives a court hearing on charges he allegedly sold drugs to undercover investigators.
24-year-old Alex Masi is charged with possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia and possession with intent to deliver.
Investigators say Masi delivered and sold heroin and oxycodone.
Despite waiving charges today, he is still awaiting court dates for allegedly robbing the Frontier Pharmacy in early March and selling drugs to undercover police officers.
