The project is set to be built on Highland street, and will replace the city's aging underground reservoir.
Those tanks will extend from 17 to 23 feet into the air, and some residents are not pleased about it, with some saying that the tanks should be buried.
Burying the tanks, however, would add another $3 million to the project.
A public presentation will be held tonight in Meadville City Council chambers on Diamond Park.
The meeting is set to start at 6p.m.
