February 26, 2014 - Kids from the Erie community are getting to know one another and learning about each other's cultures at a fun-filled program.

About 90 children from the JFK Center, House of Mercy, and the Urban Erie Community Development Corporation all embraced their differences and similarities as part of the monthly "East Erie Cultural Arts Project."

Each month, the program focuses on sharing the customs of different nationalities.

Tonight, Nepali customs took center stage.

Event coordinators say these kinds of events help bring the community together.
