Numerous Trials in Court on Monday

- JUNE 29, 2014-- The man believed to be involved in a deadly shooting at the former East Erie Turner’s Club is expected to be in court tomorrow. Following a preliminary hearing, charges against Courtney Harden were bound over to court. He is charged with homicide, aggravated assault, reckless endangerment and possessing instruments of crime. Investigators say Harden shot 26-year-old Rashid Anderson to death, and injured three other people inside of the former East Erie Turner's Club in early January. He is expected to be in front of Judge Desantis for a motion for a continuance tomorrow.

24-year-old Alex Masi and 40- year-old Shawn Morgan are scheduled for a preliminary hearing tomorrow after officials believe they were involved in burglarizing the Frontier Pharmacy and stealing nearly 18,000 dollars worth of prescription pills back in March.

The trial continues for two men accused of beating a man in a downtown Mcdonald's restaurant are also scheduled to be in court tomorrow. 59-year-old Albert Gilmore and 35-year-old Cedric Lofton are charged with aggravated assault and criminal conspiracy charges for their alleged involvement in the attack.
