JANUARY 27, 2014- An open carry gun activist is celebrating a court victory.
The Commonwealth Court ruled back in early January that a city ordinance over carrying guns in public parks is unlawful and unenforceable.
Justin Dillon, the founder of Open Carry PA says the battle stemmed from a rally in Perry Square back in April of 2013.
He says winning the court battle solidifies his rights as an American citizen.
We reached out to the City Solicitor and asked if the city plans to file an appeal....
Calls were not returned.
